No thats incorrect because when u move the 2x - 12 to the left hand side the 2x becomes a -2x and the -12 becomes 12 and the 3 on the other side is already a positive number so 3+12 = 15 so it will equal to -x^2 - 2x + 15 = 0

@@headshot1928 root 3 is the points where the curve intersects the x-axis. And (6 ,0)is the point where the straight line crosses the x-axis. He basically solved to workout the points where each equation crosses the x and y axis
