From a boxing fan's perspective, Edgar-Maynard 2 was probably the best mixed martial arts match I've ever seen. A long, drawn-out war between two guys who (although they have similar backgrounds) displayed contrasting styles. Edgar's speed, technique, and awesome kickboxing-to-wrestling transitions versus Maynard's power, size, and vastly improved striking. Maynard showed that he's much more than just a one-trick pony, and Edgar showed the heart of a true champ. Hope the 3rd fight is exciting!
