Edge Lane Roads-The Yarmouth Experience Pt 1

Edge Lane Roads, also known as roads with "advisory lanes" or "dashed bicycle lanes," are a low cost way to improve vulnerable user access to low volume roads that are not otherwise candidates for bike lanes or sidewalks. BCM has helped nine communities around Maine implement edge lanes, but none have leaned into the facility like Yarmouth.
