Ive got the same one as you brand new and it sounds horrible, apparently you have to break the sub in. Did your one sound good at first or did you break it in?

I did have a brand new one when I had my polo from Halfords and it sounded great straight away... so I’m not to sure mate

you should break it in before maxing it out anyways, but it should still sound good. The enclosure does more to the sound than you'd think

@@Carl_Mitchell Dont set the gain all the way up lol - the amp will clip and likely fry the sub.. The gain is used to match the output voltage from the headunit :P
