@@juliasphiri like the OP said, once a judgment is made by a higher court u cannot go back whether it was fair or not. If it was unfair what u need is a tribunal to probe unfair judges and deal with them but the sentence always remains. Unless if new laws are invented then Zambia won’t develop bcos anyone can wake up and make their laws.
