Great overview! I think 2.10 also lets you change the DSM radio ID('s?) so you can use multiple radios with the same DSM plane without rebinding - would love to see how that's done!

One good use for the trim 3position switch would be to use logical switches to make it a two toggle position switch. So Up would be on, down would be off, and center would be no change. This would come in very handy on smaller controllers like the zorro where there aren't as many switches. Using Inav I don't have much need for trims but I do want a toggle for autotrim.

Just went to use companion for the first time and it said it does not work with 2.1 0... Told me it might be corrupt? Is it safe to use companion with this version?

Yes. Make sure firmware and companion are the same version. i.e. Don't use 2.10 companion with 2.8 firmware. 2.10 Companion works fine with 2.10 firmware.

You need to use the same version of Companion as the firmware.

Could you do a video on how TXBuddy is supposed to work? I can't get it to work with my TX16S. It just says "connect radio" and then l;eaves you to guess which port it wants you to connect to and in what method. The only way I can get the radio to show up in TxBuddy is to use the top USB port and then select "Serial port (VCP)". It then shows up in TxBuddy, but when I try to flash it, it says "Error - device does not have any USB DFFU interfaces". WTF? I'm sure its a good program but it is seriously lacking in terms of guidance. @RC Video Reviews

Have they sorted out the OTA OVER THE AIR, it work on Open Tx, but not on Edge Tx.
