How thick is the wall of the main shaft? The xl power runs a 15mm main shaft too, but it’s a very thin wall, and is overly sensitive to uneven tightening of the pinch bolts on the head block and I’m convinced flexes under certain loads. Hoping this one is better.

Hello, Is it possible to use R9 Access on edgeTX? I only see R9 protocol option on the external TX module. OpenTX has the two options R9 and R9 Access , Im trying to migrate to edgeTX but I need the access option.

I just bought a TX16S MKII Max radio and Wow!! These things are impressive and light years ahead of my old JR9303 radio (which is a great radio too). I've been watching all the vids I can about the radio, ELRS, and all the other stuff that is new to me. Your videos are great, and very helpful. I think you do an awesome job explaining and demonstrating how to do things. Thank you for all the work you put into doing this. Also thanks for doing your heli videos. I fly scale helicopters and most vids now days are geared to the FPV quad person. It's hard to find people doing helicopter setups.

Loved this video for future reference, but I'm stuck after working with Velocidrone and RadioMaster TX16S support staff trying to get them talking to each other and just have the transmitter act as a joystick controller for the Velocidrone SIM. We have failed after a week of trying this and that and the time it takes for them to respond to me and me to them is killing us as far as efficiency. Other words, we wasting a ton of time on a simple thing. I felt like someone else had to have experienced this same issue so I've found KZbin to be a valuable resource at times. I thought I nail it when I saw your video. But it never discussed using the transmitter as a joystick other than how to put it in Joystick Mode. We can of knew that one. I was wondering if you could make or direct me to a video you've already made on just the basics of how to unbox it, how to connect it to your Windows 10 or higher PC and including maybe one of the most popular simulators made by Velocidrone out there that most racing pilots are using to practice and get started with. I was told I may need 100 hours of SIM time before I should go buy a real drone. True or Not? Don't know. But I just can't seemed to get started. I feel like we all are missing something very simple and just have not figured out what yet.... Please help or send me to someone who can? And I am willing to pay for consultation.....up to a point... LOL

That's barely any imbalance at all. I had a brand new 3s battery charge to 4.15v 3.71v and 3.8v and it would never finish charging.

Set the date, turn radio off and date goes back to 2000 01 01

You got further on Buddy the first time than I did 🤣🤣 good detective work 👍 can I use edge tx buddy with the Taranis QX7 Access transmitter ? I tried 2.10.0 the old fashion way and it only did the bootloader , it did not like the firmware, so I settled with 2.9.4

I have the final underground Dark Knight nv14, picked it up in somewhat ruff condition and have since restored it by cleaning it up good, replacing a few broken switches, and upgraded the beat up gimbals to the cnc ones. I updated the firmware to the newest edgeTx, but i cannot figure out how to set up the switches, I'm old and struggle with edgetx and opentx, this firmware is totally different then anything else and i can't figure it out... Can anybody help me... can anyone help me? Thanks!

Are you sure the top wire is RPM...i was under the understanding it was the sbus middle pin on the nexus FBL unit for ESC telemetry?

I followed all the steps to download and install EdgeTX Buddy. But when I launch it I get a message ""EdgeTX Buddy" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash." I downloaded using Chrome and Safari from GitHub but both ways I get this message. I will see if I can message the GitHub submitter. BTW - I have Mac Sonoma 14.5.

Setup flaperons under mixes and left inputs alone. Slow down and slow up do not seems to workout, though, I am on version 2.7 (edge). I just don’t see how that would matter when the options are still there. Should I be implementing a solution on inputs?

The sticks are so sensitive that the slightest movement causes a full deflection. Does anyone know why when you move the aileron stick right or left, 1 notch, the control surface is deflected 100%?
