This is an interesting feature i haven't tried before, thanks for the video! Would it be possible to control that pulse somehow via control pot or lets say throttle control? Possible ornithopter flapping control 😅

Hi, you would not be able to use the timer function because V1 & V2 can only be set in seconds. I am assuming you are thinking along the lines of servos powering the wings. I will need to give this some thought. Very interesting.

An interesting video. On my Multiplex Tx I have a similar function that I can select and the function lets me select any servo to exercise. I use it for range testing. I set the Tx in range testing mode and then select the servo pulsing mode, I usually use rudder. I can the carry the plane and walk away from the Tx until I get intermittant servo action to get my range check. I can also do it with the motor running as well which is also a good range check I would think that you could do something similar here but would need to think it through for safety. In the Multiplex Tx it is in the software so when you have finished you can switch it out in the software rather than a switch which could be knocked in use. Perhaps it could be used in a special function which could then be disabled after the range check and before flight. Am I being a dinosaur in wanting to do such a range check with my Tx16s which up to recently I have only used for small indoor helis?

With the RadioMaster TX16s you can reduce the output power to around 10% which makes range testing easier. I do range test my models normally each time I fly. It would be possible to set this up to a Logical Switch linked to the armed switch so when the motors is armed the servo range test movement is cancelled.

@@the-happy-RC-flyer Thank you for that. I will have to think more on this. If you range test each time you fly how do you do it? Also what do you consider a good range assuming that you use the range test mode in the software. Mine is 4 in 1 by the way.

@@maxwellgeorge1985 I would say low power mode around 30 metres. I watch for the control surfaces twitching they should be stationary and smooth motion when the gimbals are operated.

If I use servo 1520us at min is 1000us at center is 1500us at max is 2000us. Now if I use one servo 760us if I use 2000usec at max stick the servo it burns? Flybarless for servo 760us use different signals, 760 at center stick and at max stick use max 1060usec (it just add 300usec for servo with impuls center 760) while for servo with impulse center 1520us add 700usec

If you want to adjust the limits of the servos you need to use a combination of adjusting the weights, offsets & differential in the mixes.
