OH MY GOD I FINALLY FOUND A RECIPE THAT DOESN'T ASK FOR THERMOMETERS TO BE USED I know it is important to know the temperature when working with melted sugar but as someone who wouldn't even be using it all the time, having someone just teach me the telltale signs that the cooking is done is such a godsend

I believe their texture while biting into them is noting like glass because I took a bite of a glass cup and it just shattered in my mouth and took surgeons 10 hours to completely remove every bit of the glass inside my mouth, thankfully I did not swallow any and none pierced my mouth too much but they did hide inside my skin.
