A childhood fan of the Yellow Wall led his club to their first major title in 4 years, then almost to a league title, which we lost on the final day, and to defeat in the CL final in his first 3 years of senior coaching. All this with an intense but inconsistent style of play.... Yes, that sounds like Peak Dortmund. Of course, his style of play wasn't always attractive, but the intensity and passion he showed for his boyhood club was impressive. To be honest, he's the greatest human being I've ever seen in the world of football. It happens that players play for their favourite childhood club, but how often do you see that (with success) with coaches?

Ok I watched the first 20 seconds and already now he isn't the right coach for Roma. If you want to safe your Career I advise you to stay away. Our Players are lazy and don't want to work hard. High Pressing and intensity is something they hate.
