A good introduction to the DD phonograph! (I have three in my collection: an early A-80; a C-250 like this, from early 1916; and a BC-34, from early 1922). I might suggest Wyatt Markus as the best resource for rebuilding the reproducer: he does excellent work, at reasonable rates.

Just found out that there is a 78 reproducer stylist that Adapts for our Edison diamond machines. So you can play more great old music.

I just got one of these and I’m just tickled. First, how worried do I need to be about over winding? Second, it appears my start and stop lever are not functioning. Are they difficult to repair? The machine works very well but I’ve noticed these quirks
