The lvl 8 blackwing synchro says 1 tuner + 2 or more non tuners...his summon with vayu isn't posible....am I missing something?

It's a summon from Vayu's effect, not a synchro summon, so the synchro summon conditions don't matter

Kinda cheeky that the vayu play says something after the opponent flips his pro set heavy. Oh I wanted to dust tornado in standby. Like who does that on the opponents turn
