Depends on how you use it. Generally, clips uploaded to KZbin fall within the creative commons as long as you manipulate it enough.

You missed out on many different things, including the saturation and brightness of the individual clips, text size, text timing and moments where text is NOT on the screen. Notice how in your example, there is always text on the screen. Now look at the original and notice the short gaps of silence, almost micro-pauses. It is the detail that creates the overall beauty and virality of the clip.

It’s called blending modes. It changes how a layer interacts with the underlying layers. All video editors should have it at this point, just search “blending modes” + your editor of choice in KZbin to get some quick tutorials
