I'd love to see how you edit your portrait session photos, this was so mesmerizing (I volunteer my wedding photos as tribute)

Hey, just wondering what method you are using at 3:08, I see your using the content aware move tool but it doesn't look like your actual moving your selection but content aware filling it, Im not sure how to do this so quickly without creating a whole new window for the content aware fill
@AileenChoiPhoto2 жыл бұрын
I was using the content aware tool, I think I press the enter button quickly so the window doesn't have a chance to pop up but it is just to agree to the action of content aware.

heeeey yo When editing, make sure you have another Layer where you can edit on it instead of the "Background" layer Also, lovin photos :)
@AileenChoiPhoto3 жыл бұрын
You're totally right! I have to get into the habit of doing that haha thanks for the tip!
@WegmansLover3 жыл бұрын
@@AileenChoiPhoto even better than that just make an empty layer that sits above the background layer and use that for cleaning up. You don't even have to duplicate the pixel layer. Saves space on the file.

Ah heeyy!! Just love the way you work. I am a struggling photographer wanted to know if you have any old raw product images that i can have and edit them. I need to build a portfolio for editing on upwork. If you can it would be great!! thankyouu

what made you want to edit out the brand label?
@esosa1213 жыл бұрын
Loved this vid. Why do you remove the brand name?
@AileenChoiPhoto3 жыл бұрын
I removed the brand name so I can use these images in my portfolio, I want to avoid any issues with the brand in case my images don't reflect their brand in the way they want. Hope that makes sense!
@esosa1213 жыл бұрын
@@AileenChoiPhoto yeah makes a lot of sense. I was just wondering cause I’m learning product photography as well❤️

Great video !! But what’s the reasoning for editing out the branding name ? (:
@AileenChoiPhoto2 жыл бұрын
I've come to realize that it's not necessary haha I just didn't want to get in trouble for using their product in my photos without 'permission' but I've seen lots of people use big brands in their photos so I don't think it's an issue! As long as you're not pretending you are affiliated with them, I think it's fine :)

Great video! How did you light these photos?
@AileenChoiPhoto3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I used an off camera flash as a strobe for both of these photos. The flash was on a stand to the left, up high pointing down and I used a white foam board on the right to bounce the light

Thanks for the tutorial. Do you prefer an AI tool to automate the product image editing process? I found Autoretouch very useful. Need your opinion regarding this.
