Edit your DOCX file in Xero

So I did this (literally only changed the font colors, saved...uploaded....nothing worked?

I want another column for an extra description and it doesn't seem to work? Is it possible to add another column next to description?

You can certainly add columns into the table on the DOCX template > central.xero.com/s/article/Add-move-or-remove-fields-in-custom-invoices-quotes#Insertadditionalfields but the information that you can put in there is either static, or limited to the fields available in Xero (only one description field).
