How to Customise Invoices on Xero

Hi, I have an issue to record a transaction. I use 3rd party app like deliveroo just eat. So at weekend all the sales generated are deposited into my account deducting commission plus vat on commission. So my sales figure is for example 1000 pounds but after deduction and vat, I receive 700 pounds in my account. So I am not sure how to account for the commission and vat as they are not reflected in my bank account as deliveroo takes the money because sales money goes first to deliveroo.
