TULIZO
Tulizo is a swahili word meaning "Comfort".
More than a song, it is a safe space to be able to express grief freely; Be able to cry and a place to be comforted.
Tulizo was written after I lost a loved one to Cancer. But I only brought myself to being able to record and produce it after a year of mourning.
The cast in Tulizo brought it to life. They expressed themselves differently, and their personalities brought to perspective different ways in which people mourn.
May all who are mourning receive Holy Spirit comfort 🙏🏽.

I lost my mum when I was 3.It was the most difficult time especially for my dad and me when I was old enough to realize my mum was no more. Growing up was tuff and at times education was expensive,,,but I testify God has never turned his back against me when things were difficult He showed up timely,,,,I was probably the most undeserved child but God put a new song in my mouth,,,I proudly talk about psalms 40. I cried when I heard the song because God has shown me mercy and always comforts me.To every one mourning a loved one God is with you and loves you so much as he was merciful to me may He also be merciful to you.

Lost my only sister last month. The pain i feel is unexplainable. I remember when I was walking into the ICU i kept telling Jesus on the way that i need Him. HELP ME JESUS. over and over again.
