VERY COOL! I don't use other platforms, so here's my restaurant experience: - My "Preston" dropped a patron's plate on the way to the table. TWICE. TRIPPING IN THE SAME PLACE. This just doesn't happen! He whole-heartedly advised the upset patron he should probably go to Chili's across the street. - Hearing the SAME MUSIC LOOP day after day and trying not to go insane. WHY does the music loop? Because it's a 5 CD changer set to loop. "It gives the patrons a sense of familiarity and comfort." No, it drives your employees nuts. - Patrons asking to change TV channel or volume away up there on the ceiling. "Sorry, that's as loud as it goes. Cheap TVs, you know?" "It gets a direct feed that I can't change. / The remote is broken and the TV doesn't have buttons."
