As wise at it seems it completely misrepresents Descartes original philosophy. The original quote wasn't about how our thinking makes us who we are, or more rather the fact that we can acknowledge our thoughts as our own and the only thing we can prove not an illusion or a figment of our imagination. Our thoughts are the only thing we can prove are real, ergo we are the only thing we can prove are real. "Je panse, donc je suis" "I think therefore I am"

When I was in 6th and 7th grade, I used to be in a club where we learned how to speak Ojibwe and about their history. I used to love learning about it (and we got a day off of school almost every week), and we went to tournaments. Every time we went, they would cover us with sage. I love the smell of it and it always calms me, but there were these two girls who would freak out when they did it because it smelled weird to them. Even now, my grandma covers us with sage when we enter her house if we've had a bad week or day, she will also have us rub crystals and Budda's stomach for good luck.

The existence of the world we live in, your own body, other’s bodies. But you can’t doubt about the fact that you are thinking, because when you are doubting, you ARE thinking. “i am therefore i am!!” i know i am because i am and if i didn’t know it wouldn’t matter at all because there would still be something which does not know. the observed doesn’t need an observer there is only a reality of multicentric experience which experiences itself from infinite angles.

I found you through Semidecoco, and since then your calming videos keep me company before sleep. You have such a positive energy! Thank you Ediya, and greetings from Greece! :)))

I really wish you could upload these videos as recordings on Spotify so I can make a playlist of your recordings without disrupting/startling commercials to ruin all the progress you help me with. I don’t really want to have to pay Another app for ad-free service. Sudden loud commercials give me anxiety & it becomes more difficult to go back to sleep. Please consider it. 🙏🏼 Also, THANK YOU for being the perfect reiki healing provider on here… some people don’t realize how loud their voices really are or how startling they sound when they record. Your voice & skills with the singing bowls are divine. You are one of the very few individuals that actually get me out of my own head when I need it. Thank you, again! 💜

I watched your video for the first time yesterday and I’m glad I came across your channel. I’ve been watching asmrs since more than 4 years but nothing helps me anymore cause they’re either too loud or too much light in the videos. But your videos are perfectly soothing and beautiful and I woke up tangled in my headphones ❤️😂

As someone who is trying to escape "I think, therefore I am", this video is absolutely amazing in destroying the solipsist black hole seeking to absorb my spirit into nothingness. I accidentally fell into solipsism and I hated it for the aura of spiritual loneliness and nihilistic-like vibes it brings. It used to make sense to me, but I never wanted it to. I have been actively trying to escape it. Fortunately enough, it's working. Thank you.

This was more helpful than I thought it would be! I clicked because it mentioned negativity and I've been going through a lot of that recently TwT so this was a huge help, thanks ❤️
