Good video. Enjoyed the benchmark prices going back to 2005. Shocking to see. Inflation adjusted numbers would be even more shocking. Me personally, I am bullish as hell on Edmonton real estate. I am one of those people in your video who thinks we could see a repeat of 2005-2007.

The boom in Edmonton between 2005 and 2007 was because of the explosion in oil prices. As long as there's no major war that will cause the oil barrel price to shoot up to $150, I won't bet my money on a crazy boom.

Rental prices have climbed 20-30% in last few years. Combine that with much lower inventory for all property types across the board and increased sales. Substantial price increase this year, LED by condos 🤔

@@poppalq lol, been a landlord for 12 years in Edmonton. I am charging the same as I was 10 years ago cause that is what the market dictates. In the meantime my costs have went up 30 percent or more.

@@poppalq I don't see that opportunity. But I have had the same guy in one place for 8 years and never increased is rent. Rather make less, than charge top dollar and look for a new person ever 6 months. Each to their own.
