Absolutely love this. I love that the loft has head room and that there is a bedroom downstairs. Full kitchen kitchen, washer/dryer, and full bath. Just lovely.

How are you doing today

This is my home and has been doing very well on Airbnb. I made it 10 feet as most tiny homes are 81/2 so I wanted wider.

It is really lovely. Is there a special section of the subdivision that allows tiny homes? I always thought they weren't allowed in the city which is unfortunate because they would make such excellent starter homes.
@LindainBelize2 жыл бұрын
@@jenfoster128 in Edmonton they are allowed in any area as long as follow the bylaw rules of a garden suite. They can't be on wheels for example.

Could you please send me who sells it and builds it . Thanks 👍

@@titania145 I got the plan created by my builder in Edmonton, Coventry Homes as they were the builder that had the lot that could fit a main house as well as the tiny home.

@@LindainBelize It would've been nice to see the bathroom, that's now shown in the video, but it is a lovely space. Hope you also get to enjoy it! 🏡💞🤗

Frau n i, 73 yrs, live in 850sf 2/2/2. Love it. 2nd bdrm, with sofa bed, also used as study. Zero lot line. Landscaping not our fave, but too cheap to change it....😅🤣.... 😉. We ARE in family neighborhood with kids, bikes, dogs, football. Love it 👌 none of the 'adults only' stuff for us.

The narrowness and tripping hazards would drive me nuts. It's a shame they didn't put more thought into this.

😊 That is what you get with a tiny house

Tiny homes are usually only 8.5 feet so I made this one 10 feet to do the best we could with the space. And there have been complaints from guests on the size.
@desire4ulord...3152 жыл бұрын
@@LindainBelize The complaints will come because people don't understand what a Tiny House is. Most are supposed to be under 200 sqf. But now the standard Tiny want to be 800 sqf! 😄 No need to worry about the complainers, it's obvious to me, that if you rent a tiny home; all spaces are reduced to the bare necessities. & of course, every one will have an opinion on how to better use space, but that's the fun part. That these homes can be made with the owner needs in mind. I LOVED EVERYTHING I SAW. IT'S BEAUTIFUL, THE PHOTO - VIDEOGRAPHER KNOWS HIS STUFF! 👏🏻💓👏🏻

This is nothing new. People lived in chicken coupes in the 20s and 30s. It will be more common with the bidenomics.
