I don't know what the first automation does, but the 2nd i think is volume automated for rhythm, the 3rd is for kick sidechain and the bottom (4th) one is for a more groovy feel. It automates the volume for the bass/leads so at the end of each beat it decreases volume then goes back to normal volume where the 3rd automation (stated before the 4th automation) will take over to sidechain the bass/lead sounds.

@@AnymMusic How to reduce the difference between peak and RMS values? I use Ableton. Whenever i use some reverb on claps the difference is huge in peak and rms. In kicks, when i layer a top, a mid and a sub kick, to make the kich huge, i end up with a ugly kick. I do use pro-Q to make space for the kicks. Then I use a limiter on top. I really need some help. I'm pissed off.
