I recovered from a 7 year battle with Crystal Meth addiction because of this video, I am 2 and half years clean now... Thank you. I have my old job back as an Electrical Foreman, and have my kids back in my life and a good relationship with my family and my ex-wife, and I owe a lot of it to Joe Dispenza's method of retraining the brain. Update: 5 years clean! Working towards getting my ultralight pilots license to be able to fly paramotors! What a journey. I’m designing a life I never dreamed was possible.

Wow!!!🎉🎉🎉 2005 my late husband 's brother commented suicide....my husband didn't say a word to me. But over the next year in a half he shut down. He was staying home with our son. I thought he was depressed because of not working and that was the question I kept asking him. He kept getting ill the 3rd illness was cancer and after 6 years of cancer battles he passed away. I found out about the book the Emotion code and have used it a great deal. I haven't done the work here but maybe I should. I have guilt for not seeing what really was going on. It really hit me when Iran across Dr. Joe here and Dr Bradley Nelson that is a way to help ourselves and our friends and family. Well if they will be open to it. I love when he talks about treating your body like a dog. Literally tell your body, "No we are going to sit here and be still." The brain controls everything in the body. You control your mind you control your life. My dad is an Apostle and we were talking about these concepts yesterday. He said something that made me think and I wanted to share it with you. When you think of new thought or you hear a new sermon or you find something you want to implement, you think about it and think about it, but it wont stick unless it settles in your heart. The brain controls EVERYTHING, but the one thing it can't completely control is the heart. I think about how when the heart stops beating, the brain and everything else will stop. But when the brain is disconnected from the heart, such as someone pronounce brain dead, your heart will continue to beat. God made us perfect in his image and I believe what you think over and over again gets planted in your heart and what you believe in your heart resonates in your spirit and gets projected into the universe. @@iamzay4938 that's what all these people don't understand bro. The Almighty Creator made the universe and its laws. So yes, there is esoteric knowledge that if known and understood can be used effectively (and I don't mean black magic). I justify the guit I feel about some past events, and I'm talking about way in the past, even back to my childhood and I'm now in my fifties! I tell myself that somehow it's honourable to feel guilty, it shows that I'm remorseful and that I care about the mistakes I made. Listening to Joe speaking I can clearly see that my way of thinking is nothing short of ridiculous and self sabotaging! Wow, I really want to rewire my brain and rid myself of this cycle of negativity, that has been my life! Thank you so much for the opportunity to hear this information ❤ peace and light to all ❣💫

I had an awakening at 22 years old that hit me so hard it brought tears to my eyes and i was in complete joy for a couple years. Looking back i think i was not fully prepared for how to deal with all of the unconscious people i had in my life that were my best friends and family because i longer wanted to be around the same people and felt alone in a way. Don't let this discourage you as it is the best thing that can happen to a person in a lifetime i just think it is important for you to learn to not be bothered be how unconscious the people around you are, the best think you can do is have compassion for them.

I got wearied down by the harsh treatment But I understood like you i have to forgive them all, and forgive myself for not knowing better. I have struggled with active addiction for many years and I can tell you that this is the truth. The body was living in the past and the fear of the unknown kept me chained to that certain past which was unmanageable and completely toxic to my life. It wasn't until that I had reached the end of the road. What a wonderful experience this is to know that the Universe and God can now be understood and change is possible and necessary. The Vision of the future is what now helps me to move forward. The excitement of the future now outweighs the pain and guilt of the past. I have been clean for 4 years and I have hit a roadblock recently with starting my own business in this Covid-19 environment but this has helped me to look within first before moving forward. This is why mantras (positive or negative) can be so powerful, and mixed with actions can become even more powerful. I believe this is why so many of our rock star heroes kill themselves. Singing depressing mantras (songs) in highly emotional states (onstage in front of thousands). Their early deaths at their own hands are almost inevitable.
