I was an alcoholic and addict for 35 years (5 years sober now) and it’s tough to break the conditioning but I’m making great strides. I'm am at 118 days sober and trying to shift our lives and be the one unfortunately I'm still the 95 percent of folks but I'm not giving up. I have barely put 9 thousand miles on my SUV and check engine light came on life keeps throwing me lemon's so I'm making orange juice 😂 The old me would be flipping out but I'm just rolling with the punches and making things better 1 day at a time. Thank you for always being here for all of us and the motivation you give is more helpful than you could possibly know. What resonates with me most is having the intuition to listen to my thoughts👊😁🙏😎

Jesse, congratulations on getting sober and NEVER GIVE UP!!! I’m 5 years sober but it took me 12-13 years to fully surrender and stay sober….one day at a time. The 5th step (going to a priest whom I never met and let ALL of my demons out of the closet) was THE day that I took my last drink or a drug. I felt so incredibly light after that. I cried like a child and shook uncontrollably during the process (which took about 2 hours while he listened) but it was exactly what I needed. You are on the right track and make sure to congratulate yourself that each day is a massive win!!! May God (or your version of a higher power) bless you and know that you’re never alone. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK MY FRIEND!!!!

I, too, was blessed to spend the last moments with my mother as she passed to the next realm. Knowing that her spirit would linger a bit, I talked to her and wished her a good journey. My brother arrived about a minute after that last breath and was sad that he missed her. I assured that her spirit was still around and that he had not missed his opportunity to say goodbye.

I changed my life 12 years ago, ended my marriage after 26 years, moved to Amsterdam and found a small but wonderful appartment with a garden. Just had another major breakthrough bc of you. The higher frequency elaboration; I'm a musician & also well-stidied on cymatics & power of thoughts & emotions in regards to the 3 vids I send people to understand it better- Dr Massaru Emoto water experiment, Greg Brayden covering the Healing techniques of Tibetan Monks, & Cymatics demonstrated with a speaker, tone generator,& plate of salt. What I hadn't assembled until you described it is higher frequency simply being the repetition of a thought - this makes perfect sense bc hertz frequency is measured by exactly that. Ed, I listened to this yesterday but only got thru half because I wanted to listen to absorb with my mind imagining exactly what my life will be as you spoke. Today I completed your podcast and just as I was going to send in the comments section about WHAT can I do/what book can I get to start "CONDITIONING" my mind, and then you said it!
