Edo Flooding: Over 4,000 BVAS Machines Affected, 3,500 Recovered - INEC

Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Professor Mahmood Yakubu says over 4000 BVAS machines were affected by the flooding that ravaged the commission's office in Edo State.
He stated this in Lagos during the induction retreat for the new Resident Electoral Commissioners.
