Solar is not rated by the size or number of rooms in a house. Its rated by the LOAD in the house. A 3 bedroom house can have a higher load than a 4 bedroom house depending on the appliances being used.

Make una dey talk the total cost of the installation too with caveat that the price changes base on market demand and the economy. Telling the price go help others budget and make plans. 1000 watts is 1kva. 430 watts x 12 = 5160 watts. 10kva is 10.000 watts.

The total output for the panels is 5160 Watts as you rightly stated but what determines the power output of a system is the inverter. The inverter itself is 10kva (10,000watts). He also stated that he's gonna be using two charge controllers (which to me, is very unnecessary). You don't have to necessarily match your inverters power output during charging so having half the output of the inverter means its going to take twice as long to charge the battery.
