I am all for Asue Ighodalo. However, if those delegates were indeed delegates, why were they excluded from the primary? That is unfair and illegal. By the way, including them would have still given Asue Ighodalo victory. So why complicate issues? I think political players and parties should begin to play the game in a decent manner. To the judiciary, they are messing and confusing the nation. Interpreting laws and making pronouncement should not be so difficult. They should make clear and accurate pronouncements to save the nation from confusion and recklessness arising from their actions and inatcions. I see Asue Ighodalo coming out of this stronger. My preference is him. The candidate of the APC lacks the character to lead. He is incapable of making independent judgement and lacks the intellectual prowess to govern a state in this era. Edo needs someone in the mode of Alex Otti of Abia state. I think Asue Ighodalo reflect that.

pdp saying its only the aspirants that can approach the court as regard primaries, lack common sense. So lets say you have 4 aspirants, and 500 delegates, and then few days to the primaries you disqualify 3 aspirants leaving just one. Then you deny 498 delegate access to vote. It means only 2 delagates (your cronies) would have elected the party flagbearer. The other 3 aspirants that would have gone to court wont be qualified as aspirants since they where disqualified befor the election (based on your logic). Pdp want to hide under technicality to perpetate injustice. Una fail
