Vector motos are too new to measure longevity. Time will tell how reliable these will be. Most rotary motors will last a year or so. As you know corded magnetic motors will last forever. My corded masters are from 1995 and they have done several thousand haircuts with no problems.

I did on mine, had 7200 max but not oiled when i did, 6500 on low speed but as i said not oiled, probably would’ve gone to 7300

The Andis magnetic motor demands too much power, it would kill a battery in under 20 minutes - that's why they used a rotary motor for the cordless master.
