O prelúdio nº 1, BWV 846, do livro 1 do Cravo bem Temperado, mais uma vez, a exemplo de outras obras de J.S.Bach traduz a essência da espiritualidade. Uma harmonia que nos remete a um plano superior e que depois de aproximadamente 140 anos, serviu de base para Charles Gounod sobrepor a sua eterna "Ave Maria". O arranjo para 2 violões é belíssimo e reproduz com extrema fidelidade os elementos sonoros do cravo. Obrigado maestro. BRAVO !!!!

As much as I am a fan of your work, I am a greater fan of Bach, and I think you botched this one. Not only is the sound very thin and muffled in the upper frets, but what's worse, this prelude is totally reliant on mastering the evenness and/or control of rhythm which is lost here in many places, case in point being 1:21. I recommend you delete this and try another take.

@@edsonlopesguitar Of course, the mistakes aren't grave, but it is in the nature of the prelude that they stick out. It's not that you didn't pass my demands for quality, it's that in this piece you are missing your _own_ usually excellent standard and are rubbing up against the particular difficulty of this prelude. I know you _can_ play it almost perfectly, given the fact that you actually do so in the passage 0:40 - 1:07 which is almost flawless with good flow and control. The piece generally sounds deceptively easy and simple, but that is exactly the reason why it is so difficult to play with full control and charm because even a slight loss of control immediately becomes obvious. It is much like pianists to my surprise report that the most difficult composer to convincingly play is not Chopin, Ravel or Rachmaninov, but Mozart ! I think the difficulty in this prelude is the same as in playing Mozart. Just try it again and play the whole thing like you did 0:40 - 1:07.
