Educating Mark McGowan On Common Law

Time for a lesson in law Mr McGowan. It is time you stopped subjecting millions of us to physical and psychological harm through your mandates which have no basis whatsoever in law. There is no such thing as emergency powers in our Constitution. There is nothing in the Constitution that says you can rule by decree. We are sovereign and supreme and you do not get to dictate what happens to our bodies or threaten our right to work which is protected under the Universal Declaration Of Human Rights.
