سبحان اللّٰہ آ ب زر سے لکھنے کا ہے یہ جملہ کہ ھمارے ایمانی تناظر میں تعلق مر بی بی کو تعلیم کہتے ہیں اور جائے مر بی کو ہی مکتب کہتے ہیں اس وقت ہم ایسے عہد میں داخل ہو چکے ہیں جہاں ہمیں عمارتوں کا شکوہ متا ثر کر رہا ہےاور اس عمارت میں داخل ہونے اور باہر آنے کے مسلسل عمل کو تعلیم کہتے ہیں اور ہمارے اساتذہ اکرام کیسے ہوتے تھے اس کا ایک منظر آنکھوں کے سامنے آگیا کلاس روم سب سے لائق طا لبعلم کا تعلیم سے دل اُچاٹ تھا اس درجے کی پریشانی لاحق ہوئی کہ معمولات زندگی پر نظر رکھنی شروع کر دی پتہ چلا بازار میں کمہار کی دوکان ن پر کھڑا رہتا ہے استاد محترم کمہار کی دوکان پر تشریف لے گئے اور نہایت شفقت کے ساتھ فرمایا یہاں کیا چیز تمہیں اچھی لگتی ہے کہ تم انتہائی ذوق و شوق سے کھڑے رہتے ہو اس نے کہا استاد صاحب جب کمہار مٹکے پر مٹکا رکھ کر اس کو چھٹی میں پکاتا ہے تو کچے مٹکے تپش برداشت نہیں کر سکتے پھٹ جاتے ہیں اور ایک آواز فضا میں پھیلتی ہے میں اس آواز کو سننے کے لیے گھنٹوں کھڑا رہتا ہوں استاد صاحب نے اپنی جیب سے رقم نکا لی اور کمہار کو ادا کی اور فرمایا اب تم خود پتھر مار مار کر توڑو اور اس عمل کے بعد اسنے کمہار کی دوکان سے کچے مٹکوں کے پھٹنے کی آوازوں کا تعاقب چھوڑ دیا اور دلجمعی کے ساتھ اپنی تعلیم پر دوبارہ سے توجہ مرکوز کر دی افسوس آج ھمارے تعلیمی نظام کی پریشانیاں مختلف نوعیت کی ہو گئیں جزاک اللہ خیراً کثیرا

Until and unless we we have THE BEST GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS WHICH WE HAS IN PAST and all the private schools should be bounded to follow the same syllabus

Kiyunke ye taaleemi nizaam students ko selfish Banatay Hain (woh BHI 3 saal Ki Umar say lay Kr 22 saal Ki Umar tak train Karta hai..Afsos. Yani pakkay selfish/thieves bn K Nikaltay Hain hum 22 saal masters K baad hum.) Lekin ye system BS pichlay 200 saal pehlay hi start Hua Tha. To itna koi Purana established Nahi Hai K replace na ho sakay(gali muhollay may school/uni say lay Kr dunya K mehengay tareen school/uni tak Sab yehi selfish log hi tayyar kr Rahay Hain.. Big buildings may 22 saal aanay jaanay say thori koi hum human & scientist Bantay hain. Bura ye Hua K in mehengay walay skool K graduates Ko uneducated log apni hukumat K liay select Kr letay Hain to ye graduates puray mulk Ko mistreat krtay Hain (puray mulk Ko Kha jatay Hain)..or mulk K paison say wo apnay bachoon Ko phir in hi mehengay skools may bhej detay Hain (oxford, waghairah) baahir mumaalik..selfish graduates yani thieves Ki nai nasal tayyar krnay K liay..). Khud business Kr Rahay Hain, or hamain maqrooz Bana Rahay Hain. Time BHI waste hamara. Hal: 1. grading khatam kr lain current taaleemi nizaam may. 2. curriculum pyaray Nabi(saw) ka dia Hua Kr lain.. ya at least add kr lain sub kuchJo sikhaaya. 3. Phir jis bachaya may jo salaahiyyat ho usko us hi kaam ka parhaaya jaey. Jo 15 days may seekha jaey usko tb hi kaam Shuru krnay dain. Or Jo 15 saal lay (22 say to Kam hi Hai na!), Usko 15 saal baad hi kaam Shuru krnay dain. Via work hi teach Kia jaey. Experience BHI ho jaega. Waqt bachta Hai. This way log khud BHI fulfilling life enjoy krtay hain. Or Doosron ka khayal b rakh sktay hain (why? Simple: Allah K liay! So doosray BHI aik fulfilling life guzaartay hain iA.) Yun good individuals will graduate. Who will treat colleagues, subordinates & family with the respect they deserve & with fairness. And also others will graduate with taaqat too so that when they r mistreated they will "Dhawan Bol dain gay!" .. they will themselves not be mazloom, nor become zaalim.. chain broken! If not, add duaen, wait Kariain/Sabar.. ho Jati Hai phir Jeet Hamari. seerah waghairah say bohot aisi guidance multi Hai. Remember, only do what HE(SWT) likes. Stay within limits..don't cross limits. Don't b zaalim (because once we reach that threshold, it becomes difficult to come back) Na mazloom Banna Hai, na zaalim. Zaalim Ko wohi bataana Hai Jo hum apnay aap Ko batatay Hain (zulm say bachnay K liay) ..sharing is caring.. Phir ruk jaega educated/influential logon ka ye "uneducated attitude & mistreatment of others" iA.
