agreed, this is so incredibly cringe; and the worst part is everyone seems to be fine with the fact that so many top 500 players are just straight up smurfing and calling it education. Sure it's fine if 1 dude does it like awkward who's actually teaches you something, but everyone except for him just is full pepega and adds nothing of value. It also seems like he's simply better at the game by miles than all of these ''big'' streamers since when he does a dps u2gm he goes 15-0 straight to gm1 and he plays like 6 hours a month

Don’t hate the player, hate the game. This is what earns the most views in the algorithm, ultimately it’s the dev team and Blizzard’s fault for not taking action against smurf accounts + letting the most popular overwatch streamers continue to do unranked to GM’s. I don’t even care for this game that much anymore haha, the devs have showed to the community in the past 8 months that they can’t manage their IP at all and have completely eroded any level of trust between them and their consumers.

@@matrixshaman6652 I was more just trying to say that it’s not entirely his fault for leaning towards doing unranked to GM’s since it makes good views in the algorithm and Blizzard is doing very little to prevent smurfing. I’m not saying you can’t hate him for doing them haha, it was just a saying to emphasise that I personally think Blizzard should be held more accountable for all these unranked to GM’s that every OW influencer is doing.

@@filds1 well for one, he's one of the best dps out there. so what do you want him to do if he wants to help newbies get better? just tell people what to do or actually show them? he's showing top tier movement, aim, and positioning while explaining his thought process as to why he does the things he does. as a beginner, you can then try to implement such thinking to improve your games. the mechanical stuff like pure aim skill can come naturally as you learn to make better positioning decisions.
