Sir i have a doubt ..in tubuloglomerular feedback mechanism you told that AG II will increase the GFR but in mesangial cell it causes constriction of GC therefore decreasing the GFR ? How it is increasing and decreasing GFR

Because if you constict the blood vessel so less blood will flow to glomerular cappiliers as less blood flow less filtration rate and less gfr but in otherway the angiotensin 2 construct the efferent arteriolie which increases the hydrostatic pressure in glomerular cappiliers and lead to increase in gfr
