This is awesome! Quick question though: at 24:42 you mentioned that water will follow Na+, but this was in the thick ascending limb of the loop of henle... Isn't this area IMpermeable to water?

Yeah I think it was regarding water moving through the basolateral membrane. The TAL has an impermeable apical membrane, so it doesn't reabsorb water but the water reabsorbed by TDL needs to move to peritubular capillaries
