He is a libertarian conservative. Libertarian conservative tag is used for the thinkers whose theories are go back to classical liberalism thoughts. They are liberals in the sense that they believe in the idea of free market economy. At same time they are conservative in the sense that they believe that market forces regulate and control the economic and social activity. For example, these forces deter workers from pushing for higher wage increase by threatening them with unemployment. So they see market in a conservative sense that is a place which enforces authority, order and duty.
