1. Simple English is enough for effective communication. 2. Maria mam said that most of the candidates come with fear. 3. The instructions given to the interlocutor that make the candidates comfortable. 4. The interlocutor never knows score but they can understand how to present the role play in each candidates. 5. We need only basic English for communication. 6. Most of them have good English but they don’t appear well because of the fear. 7. All nurses have to handle an emergency in 0 minutes, but here we have 3 minutes preparation in 5 minutes emergency(role play). 8. In 5 minutes emergency there is clearly mentioned what we have to do. 9. An interlocutors have a script what they follow. 10. First of all we have a small conversation with the interlocutor for identity the voice of each one’s. 11. That time they ask some questions like why did you decided to become a nurses. 12. Maria mam said that we are great creation of the god. We can tackle other wise nobody can’t do it. 13. Just think that an emergency situation in our ward. 14. We should approach the patient in empathetic way. 15. We must clarify there doubts in simple words or soft way of talking. 16. In role play we assume that a patient is sitting in front of us not an interlocutor. 17. We need confidence we should approach the role play confidently. This is a wonderful video .we can understand everything what we want. Thank you father and mam. God bless you 🙏

Thank you father and all admin panel members for a wonderful sessions with Maria Ma'am . My learning from the video 📹 is: Remove/ avoid the stress 😩 😩 and tension while entering into the speaking 🔊 🔊 section ( during exam). Use simple and natural words ✨️ 👌don't use medical terms like Edema, MI.....Instead of this for edema we can use swelling on the leg 🦵 , MI =heart attack... All scenario ( role play) have a connection with a nurse life. In emergency situations we are providing care to the patients [Eg. If the glucose level is low what we will do normally we will administer 25 dextrous. During this time we will not wait for a clue , their is no time to think .. our priority is take care of patients.....this eg is not in the video] BUT In Oet speaking 🗣 🔊 🗣 🔊 We have two role play ▶️ For this role play WE HAVE THREE MINUTES PRESENTATION and FIVE MINUTES EMERGENCY MANAGEMENTS. In the task itself they are providing clue , explanation, condition, time to think 🤔 etc... Just need simple language and communication skills. * Think that the person who is sitting in front of you is a patient and according to the complaints treat him/ her. Sometimes they have to act as aggressive, arrogant etc....on their script it is mentioned so they are acting.🎬🎬👩🎤👩🎤 * The interlocutor is not check our language they are there to help us 😍😍🥰🥰. * Natural gap is acceptable..... # in this exam they are checking ✔️ ✅️ our English and how you will manage the situation not medical knowledge. 😍 During speaking 🔊 have use empty words...😘😘 Thank you Ma'am for the wonderful sessions 🙏 ❤️ 💕 Main point 👉is : Remove the tension ,stress....... and be cool 😎 Also pray 🙏 🤲 🕍 🕌 ⛪️ 🛕 🙏 🤲 Love ❤️ 😍 oet ❤️ 😍 .

Thank you Mariya Paul Mam..It helped aspirants to understand more and more about the role and importance of an interlocutor in OET role play.. Remember always they are there to help and support us and not for assessing. This message needs to be reached many and noted by all participants. Ultimately this fact will help the candidate to manage their "stress level".Remember 2-3-5 ie 2 role play 3 min preparation and 5 min emergency situation to manage. Praise to Almighty and Prayers to Father and team...

Thank you mam such a wonderful information regarding oet speaking How to approach Fall in love with oet Keep tenson free Consider we are managing 3 mts preparation &5 mts an emergency situations with a detailed task Avoid unnecessary question Use layman language Speak naturally Avoid repeatedly asking questions after each talk like Are you ok Are you clear with me Do you follow me Plz use this according to the situations only. Don't rush with complete the task Do what ever is perfectly until complete the task (eg:during emergency management we are not using all the emergency medicines & use only the needed one) Interlocutor has no responsibility to evaluate the candidates, they should act as a patient role only. In real hospital situation, as a nurse we are dealing with different kind of patients. Same way we can approach the interlocutor. Thank you father and admin pannel members to arrange the inspirational vedio for us Everyone pls watch the video & share It must be help for all the needed ones to build up their future.

Thank you so much Maria mam, and Fr. Saleen Joseph for arranging such a beautiful section. My experience from this vedio, ➡️Don't be panic ➡️Use simple sentence to speak ➡️No need of using complicated words or medical terms, because we are speaking to patients so use simple sentence. ➡️Verb acting- it is test for English not for your professional knowledge. ➡️2 role play cards, 3 minutes for preparation for each 5 minutes emergency task ➡️Just imagine we are in a health care setting and handling a patient. You have sufficient information given in the role play card to make a scenario. ➡️Interlocutor also given with some instructions, so just try to understand that, don't feel bad if they are saying something, because they are doing their job. ➡️You can pause for seconds to think, if you are not sure about what to say, this is not penalized. The conclusion is that, ➡️Speak out natuarally ➡️Keep a smile on your face as our father says smile is our signature. ➡️Don't be panic ➡️You can do it. Thank you.... Happy learning

Thank you father for the speaking vedio of maria Paul.... 🌼🌼it is very informative..and my understanding....... 🌺🌺🌺First and foremost thing is avoid stress ... and be cool....😊😊 🌼🌼 use simple language 💐💐Imagine that we are in emergency ward....how we will tackle the situation... 🍁🍁there is no time to think.. 🍁🍁there is no clues what to do.....BUT STILL WE WILL MANAGE THE SITUATION... 🌲🌲🌲 IN OET 🌲🌲🌲 ☀️☀️we have 3 minuts to prepare for 5 minutes emergency task.. 🌺🌺We have clues and it is clear what to do... 🎄🎄We know the condition of patient ...we have time to think and prepare... 🌼🌼one thing we need to understand that we are very potential people... and WE CAN TACKLE... 😊😊😊😊COMMUNICATE WITH PATIENT WITH SMILE AND SMOOTH APPROACH 🌺🌺🌺Always speak naturally....oet is a test for English....not use professional knowledge... 👍👍👍Natural gap is allowed in speaking.... Thank you so much... 🍄🍄It gives very positive energy.....and relieves tension and stress about speaking session.. thank you....👏💝💝

Thank you Mariya ma'am you are so humble and the way you explained made us so confident. 👉First of all keep smiling. 👉Smile is the best medicine to tackle the people. 👉We are very potentially skill people. Fear is the main enemy hear so relax talk naturally but only tell the fact. We have good English so do your best. Two role play all of us or most of us worked working in Emergency. No time to prepare we just start up zero second preparation we handle . 😍Three minutes preparation for five minutes Emergency. During emergency most of our patient are strangers. Interlocutor will be your patient or patient relatives. They will not go beyond the written script. 😍Remember Keep smiling Interlocutor should eventually agree with the patient Communicate openly Make the role play very creatively This is the test of English not of your professional knowledge Please speak naturally Do not be stressed Interlocutor will never evaluate you 😍Two role play 3 minutes preparation for 5 minutes emergency Learned a new word diagnosis Catarrh this is nothing but excessive discharge of the mucus inbthe nose or throat due to inflammation Try to complete the task. Thank you once again 😘😘😘

Your words are very motivational.💐💐💐🌹🌹🌹 Thank you father for this wonderful opportunity for all of us to learn from Mariya mam. 💐💐💐💐💐 🔴🔴My learning experience 🔵🔵 🌹 Do not need to be panic or fear full while you sit in front of the interlocutor . 🌹 speak naturally and normally 🌹 think that I am an emergency department nurse and we’re going to handle a patient ,Moreover, a stranger for five minutes and we have three minutes to prepare for that emergency situation. Then situation and test will go with ease . 🌹 speak with a smile and caring attitude 🌹if there is any pause in between the talk from the interlocutor, it is normal we can continue our talk 🌹 whatever things the interlocutor speaks with you, the instructions are already given to them in their card to perform with you . 🌹So perform the speaking relaxed and calm .
