I have got a clear picture of Initiating the conversation, Taking patient history ,importance of open ended questions followed by close ended questions, Explaining a medical condition and procedure, Providing reassurance and education and Ending the interview. Today I have got a clear understanding of the key skills and basic skills used during a roleplay. Now i am able to handle the 3 minute preparation time in an effective manner.
