Reading part B and C : Gist based Q = topic sentence based Qs Q the email is reminding staff: B is the right answer B = the need for care while transmitting confidential information From text: TS = take safety measures before faxing confidential information It is a topic sentence based Q because answer is present in the TS from the Text given The rest of the para is describing the safety measures which are to be taken Controlling idea is Safety Measures Option C is about the DS that is How to use the triple check method of using the fax machine = subsidiary information The rest of the para is describing teh safety measures Now check for the safety measures 1 A fax cover should contain instructions 2 check that the fax machine is correct 3 check the number on display 4 check a third time 5 follow up with the agency All of these 5 are the saftey measures Whole paragraph speaks about the safety measures Gist type Q from part C: The wrier uses the first paragraph to: Focus on TS B = stress the importance of sleep TS = Getting too little sleep for several nights in a row disrupts hundreds of genes that are essential for good health Conclusion= poor sleep could have a broad impact on long term well being means sleep is important TS and conclusion both tells sleep is important Thank you father 🙏
