1.87 lpm is not true i think because some allowances are given yearly or in 3-4 years so he must have added those allowance monthly.. by mistake may be.. but cant digest this much money

1.07 salary is what you get on your salary slip excluding deductions like tax, pf, nps etc..and and that extra amount total of 1.87 is benefits, allowance you get on monthly and yearly basis which is not shown in salary slip and also non taxable amount. May be these amount you cant get monthly but while calculating ctc you need to divide that in months so in average salary go on rise
