Why is that vocal clipping? I love this song but the vocals are annoying. :D

I distorted the vocal to give it a darker feeling (like for instance adding the lower octave vocal too). The parts where the vocal was actually clipping the mix, I put it down. I don't think it's actually clippint anymore but idk I might be wrong. I thought the lyric "Why am I still breathing" wasn't really the happiest of lyrics so I went for that dark feeling.
