He had the guts to say out loud what may of us have thought for years. I was not in shock the day it happened like most. My thoughts were how in the HELL did the Air Force fail to intercept 4 hijacked planes? Years later that has come to light. Why did it seem Bush was being keep out of the loop that day for over 12 hours? Some of that is now being discussed. A 911 commission that was a fucking joke! That's now coming out as to why that was a farce. WHY THE HELL GO TO WAR WITH IRAQ? That to is now coming to light. In time we'll find out just how much our own Government had a hand in this. We'll know what REALLY happened long before we find out about JFK and what really went down in Dallas.

When people think like this, it's often out of fear. When we are afraid, we want to think in terms of what we can control. He was perhaps thinking if it was an inside job, then it was by us, and therefore controllable. Wrong, wrong thinking. I'm sorry I found this; it lowers my respect for the man.
@julienielsen374610 ай бұрын
Me too. I'll never think about him the same.

You notice he said he, "had a girlfriend in New York" means, of course, he had a mistress in NY, probably one of many. But that's not as important, of course. He was dead wrong, of course, that it was an inside job. B.S. Firefighters, construction workers, architects, who called for a true examination. That's a lie.

@marymorris6897: What??? He's holding this view out of FEAR? I think it's couragous because he had a lot to lose,like his career back then.Its going against the grain .And as far as control,I think you believing " whatever the people in power over you" was easier for you than maybe to think.they have " control " over you and can't or won't see it.😮😢😢

@marymorris68976 ай бұрын
@@terrycraig6386 Did I not use the word "perhaps"? When people think off the wall things like this, it can be because they're unintelligent. That is not the case here. It can be because they're stubborn in their thinking, really believing they are right and almost everyone else is wrong. It can be because they suffer from paranoia or fear. Or it can be because they prefer lies to truth. I don't know what were his motivations.

Starting back in 2002 yt was getting flooded with many videos that have since been removed even from the net like "In Plane Site" "Pilots For 9/11" "Loose Change" "Truthers For 9/11" etc. They all contained so much evidence the 9/11 was truly an inside job, heck just watching 3 buildings collapsing at nearly free fall speed should be enough for anyone.

No fan of Giuliani, (far from it), but what he meant by, "go shopping" was that, get the city back on its feet. We can't be paralyzed. That's what he meant. I really wish I'd never heard this interview. I've lost respect for him.
@keetahbrough8 ай бұрын
taking time to grieve, a few days off after 9/11, would have been more human and healthy for the collective, then 'go shopping'. You have no respect for yourself, so there's no loss of respect encountered, to his name.

I'm no conspiracy theorist, but I can tell you one thing which will forever ring true... buildings of any size do not collapse into their own footprint without foundational interruption... Show me one other single incident. Not just one tower... I might believe, but two?
@marcstarcke160410 ай бұрын
Three towers. Don't forget about WTC building 7, which wasn't even hit by an airplane.
@magnum4274 ай бұрын
Doesn't look to me that the buildings collapsed into their own footprint. Plus if you watch video of the collapses you can plainly see the tops of the towers tilting and falling off to the side. file:///C:/Users/starm/OneDrive/Pictures/reuters20_RTRMWQN.avif

I always liked Ed Asner, but as a rabid liberal he is unable to leave politics aside for even a moment. And, as a rabid liberal, he just serves to make himself look arrogant and greatly disliked.
@benshabaan9 ай бұрын
Imagine thinking that this is a liberal perspective. Liberal did nothing but support all the war and death that came after 9/11. You're a brainwashed fool whose trapped in 2004, you probably think the war in Ukraine is just Russia being evil right? Because the US government would never use the CIA to hijack a country and direct all of its resources towards war with a nuclear power? Right?

My friend was murdered on Pan AM FLIGHT 103 over Lockerbie. There's no question that our USA government had the intelligence to prevent it from happening. No doubt some smart people were aware of potential of "invader, saves GB's ass, leads to 2 wars..., " He sounds radical to start and it's easy to let things pass if you don't have personal involvement. The fact is it is personal to ALL of humanity
