I want to share this with all you beautiful people, this song was played at my dads funeral over 11 years ago now, the last year or so of his life before his tragic passing he started to listen to Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros and this quickly became one of his favorite songs, so we played it at his funeral, Rest In Peace Dad, I love and miss you 🕊 ❤️

I am in isolation with Covid19, and here in Brazil we are having a hard time with the government that abandoned us. My depression has returned and I am feeling very bad. But when I saw this video, this song that sounds like the voices of my life talking to me, I was happy. I remembered my girlfriend who I love more than anything, she helps me a lot in my life, just like this song did. Cheers from Brazil.

August 2016. The venerable Cologne Philharmonic Hall. Sold out. People were seated. Alex and band (Jade was then no longer part of them) entered stage. Opened concert with „Somewhere“. Friendly applause. Next song, „Man on Fire“. While the song was being played Alex left stage, entered auditorium and started dancing. And the crowd joined, stood up, started dancing as well in their seat rows, handclapping, humming, singing along for the entire duration of the show. I believe nobody sat down again for the next two hours or so. It seemed as if the entire audience was on drugs, the drug being nothing else than the music. Alex was totally stunned, he had not expected such a reaction from a German audience. If there hadn‘t been a curfew they would have played until everybody was tired. Thank you Alex and bandmates for the best concert of my life, and for two almost as intense concert experiences in previous gigs I was lucky to attend.

Ok. So I lived in Maple Ridge 18 years ago. It honestly feels like 5 years ago. I worked at a Timber Mart. I was a cashier. The lead singer walked in and was purchasing nails. He said he was building a house. I looked at my fellow cashier's.. No bloody clue. Maybe it's just that perfect that this group remains a hidden gem. I played this C.D at a little coffee shop in Ontario where we could bring in our likes of music. It was the first job I got when I returned home. No one who I worked with knew these guys. At the end of the week... Not only did my fellow workers really like this C.D..so did the customers. I don't work there any longer. But that was a great memory. Happy 🇨🇦day Stabilo

This is the best thing I've watched in a VERY long time. Love how it shows that hard work can culminate in something huge, realizing a dream, whatever it may be.

Just saw them with the Alabama Shakes Sunday at Red Rocks. One of the greatest shows I've ever been to. It become one giant dance party and the way Alex came out into the crowd to get everyone to participate with stories and lyrics was beautiful. Amazing amazing time.
