Historians like myself think that Edward V (2 November 1470 - 25 June 1483) was murdered by Richard III (2 October 1452 - 22 August 1485) or anyone else, but I like to think that Edward V died from an illness, most likely malaria or typhoid along with his brother Richard of Shrewsbury (17 August 1473 - mid-1483). No one knows what Richard of Shrewsbury's date of death was, but I like to believe it was probably 16 July 1483 or 18 July 1483.

Oh that is so sad .. Can I ask how we know that historical accounts are seen as accurate? Is it like the Bible, you go by other written documents from the time that confirm their authenticity as evidence? Like so many people write about it, it confirms what was originally reported?
