Hang in there Chris. You'll get your own place. Here's a fun idea. Visualize at what it will look like in the future. Before I got my Car, a Friend gave me a Cutout of a Car. I put it on My Dresser and I wrote myself a Note "Until I Get The Real Thing" and I did.

If you find an item where you feel you might use. Ask yourself how often. If it’s once a year or more, it might actually be worth the money to buy that item when you need it, rather than store it. Because for every 10 items you may use, 9 will never be used. That extra one, you will have to buy at some point but you’ve saved yourself years of reclutar from those 10 items. Worth it imo.

It actually works if every single item has a "home". It takes about 1-2 weeks to get it into a habit, but after that it becomes your second nature. That's how I did it. At first it was hard. I would read a book and leave it on the desk to go to the kitchen. Then I would go back, pick a book at put it where it should be. It wa a bit annoying. Then it got easier. Then it became natural. Great video.
