I absolutely love the workstation setup. Especially tiny details like installing an under-the-table, out-of-sight drawer to avoid cluttering the table and achieving a 'clean' look. The whole decor was an organizer's dream come true.

I still find it crazy how you can get two other roommates to keep your place so tidy and clean and get the layout/design you want. I can only see just a partner who has same mindset. So hats off to you sir! Having extra roommates ruined my life lol

Haha I am fortunate that the roommates are people I know. It also helps that I practically 'run the place' (they moved in a year after I've been here) so they don't have to furnish and spend on anything other than their own room. My gf also help set up some ground rules (washing dish after every meal, no trash in common places, etc.). Of course, it is not as 'perfect' as in the video, but overall can't complain considering the cost savings and most days I'm the only one home :)

agreed! the only thing i just can't stand are the fake plants, and the brabantia trash can, that's inconvenient to open and close. it doesn't close by itself, you have to close it all the time - a pedal one would be so much easier :D

That was something that I noticed too. It was not too minimal. I enjoyed that he had everything he needed. Not only did he show us “what” he had, but we were told “why.” Again, thanks for a calm tour at just the right speed and volume. I loved the whole calm vibe which included him at the end of the day enveloped by a cozy blanket, chilling next to an amazing view. What a way to end the day!

When you live as neat as this, it becomes easy to see where everything belongs. There's a difference between an item having a random place in a drawer, and an item having a specific labeled place in a drawer. But you do need to live with people who have the same principles as yourself, when it comes to maintaining a home. You don't want to act like a dad or mom to your roommate, that's not fun for anyone.

I just discovered that I'm a minimalist and like organisation, so this for me, gets me excited to get my own place, though I'm still 16😂 can't help seeing my place like this. The lights and their settings are my favourite!! They just set the mood perfectly , and the plants just give a feeling of nature and coziness along with the wooden textures and very calm colours ..
