My grandfather was the song keeper for the Comanche here in Texas. He would always test me with questions about what he might be thinking, or what someone was wanting without giving context. I agree that “the ability to anticipate what was next and prepare" is the reason. At least that's how it feeIs when I have incredibly vivid dreams that occur in the real world a day or so later. I also agree that it may be genetic. My maternal grandfather's premonitions were strong and well known within his immediate family and childhood community. He didn't let on or share his knowledge often, only if it was helpful to a family member, but, according to my grandmother, it was always spot on. He died before I was born so I don’t know if his premonitions were dreams.

I think that's what is most admirable about a lot of podcasters or people in the mainstream media such as Mr Ryan. The way I see it is there is two sides , one pushing a narrative and one fighting against it meaning they fight for the people and God. And I noticed that Ryan always promotes God and doesn't promote running a narrative which would negatively impact the public and that is admirable in its own because that means you are a Target for the opposition who relies on their evil agenda

Yeah but this whole apptitude test shawn did was just garbage I think. Makes no sense that he needs to see what was drawn, enter the info, before a target. A target should be chosen, at random, in a different room, then you pick. How is shawn supposed to "View" anything if there is nothing to "view" yet?? And much was just wrong? There was no desert. No dead trees. The pyramid was completely different. It just seemed way way off, and a few percent would be right anywhere. they've eliminated people, things, and a bunch. And even if not, a few percent is garbage. If i remote view something trying to decide where you hid a body, a few percent, does nothing. Just seems like a lot of really gulliable people to me. Regarding Shawn's "test" at the beginning. 🙂 I think the guest was only demonstrating that Shawn could "see" and describe an image from a pre-selected set, not that he could predict which photo would be selected. Remember, he said they always use a specific set of photos when they're testing someone. That's why he entered the keywords into the system: he was doing a search to see if Shawn's drawing and descriptions matched any of the photos in the set. There never was one pre-selected photo that Shawn was supposed to identify. There was a pre-selected set of photos, and if Shawn could describe any one of them, that's a win. I think that got lost in translation and some of us (including myself) misunderstood the parameters and goal of the exercise.
@zgarrett144 ай бұрын
I think it was a magic trick and a poor one at that. I mean if the guys computer is connected to the internet or has a program installed, all he did was punch I. The keywords and the program searches for images that match what Shawn wrote. Its sort if like Astrology at that point. Just tell me if you have family ?? Yes... I have family....I can sense you have fights with your family.... No way that's spot on!! Wrong very generic statement about a very generic occurrence that happens with everyone. This man asked for a landscape. Very generic. Shawn picked very generic stuff. He rigged the experiment from the beginning because he knew the more generic, the more likely a photo will be found.
@imrubber.youareglue29 күн бұрын
That definitely makes much more sense and your comment made things click, so thanks for that. Because when he was putting in the keywords and then said it doesn't create the photo based on the keywords, I genuinely felt like he was being deceitful because why else would he have to put them in, if it didn't use them in any way? And he said the system didn't pick the target photo until after the test but then he put in keywords of what he saw and drew so I knew I was missing something big on how it worked or he was tryna bamboozle us lol glad you clarified that, thanks!! 🖤

@@ramijims9773 he told him what it would not be in order to eliminate any unnecessary mental noise or false projections. If he tells you it's not gonna be x,y,z, when you do the test, you'll know if your mind is making up an image if it falls within the categories of what he said it would not be. If you pick up on the actual targeted image, it will fall within the parameters he's given you and your mind won't need to fill in the blanks, you'll draw &/or describe the image exactly as you see it in your mind without guesswork. There's a preselected set of images, and while the tester doesn't know exactly what the targeted image will be, he is aware of what they WON'T be and he gives descriptions of those things to lay down parameters within the testees mind to help the aptitude test run more cohesively. I'm guessing they have to do it this way because without parameters, the mind would get bombarded by an endless supply of possibilities. So the best way for them to do this was to create a controlled double blind environment.

You wouldn't know what your mind is conjuring up out of pure imagination or what is a legitimate psychically targeted image. So they create these parameters to help the aptitude test run more cohesively and it gives the remote viewer more of a chance to choose the target correctly without having to sift through their own mental projections. Neither knows exactly what image will be chosen as a target but they do know what it WON'T be. This means both tester and testee are in a controlled double blind experiment. Scientifically speaking, the best environment for any tests with positive results because it can be replicated and leaves little to no room for corruption in the results.

Mannn me and my aunt was just talking about this last night.... Just for some context you know she was. She was asking me about my face and my walk with God Aunt. No big deal to me and basically what I said was you know I believe in God and I believe there is a higher power. I believe in the character of Jesus Christ and his purpose. But I was explaining to her that after 9:11 you know pretty much all we had been led to believe about the Muslims where they were bad people because of their religion and I was explaining to her a individual I had met from Philadelphia tall in shape. Younger black guy we admit while getting our CDL license in Northwest Indiana and I had seen him with his prayer mat laid out and he was praying and naturally I was curious. Aunt, you know after being up there for almost 3 weeks together you know I had seen him praying multiple times a day. Joe, I just asked if you know hey what is this? What are you doing? And we had kind of got to talking and he was explaining to me. You know he was a Muslim and then I was explaining to him. Hey you know that's cool. You know I'm a Christian yada yada Aunt to try to keep the story short. Like basically this single individually had tore down all the programming that I had seen as a young boy since 9:11. As far as Muslims were bad people. Aunt, you know like we started having good conversation like I was curious. I started asking him about the Muslim religion and the Quran and the prophet behind it and and what's the differences between our religion between the prophet Muhammad and Jesus and what not? And So essentially, I was explaining to my aunt to try to keep the story short again. I said between the Bible and the Quran and talmud All three religions came from abrahamic beliefs and I said so essentially to keep it short. We believe in the same God we just have different messages, different characters and different prophets and I was explaining to her and and at this point I can tell my aunt is looking a little concerned because she's like yes but Allah is not the same God that we believe in. And then she referenced the hijackers of 911 the planes in the building and I says listen. The man I was speaking to was explaining to me that in the Muslim religion they have extremists just like in the Christian religion. We have extremists and I explained to my aunt for example. The KKK tried to use the Bible to justify their evil actions against people of color and I said that was the Christian version of extremism and it was wrong and I said so. This is what me and my Muslim brother was discussing and having good conversation about. He was letting me know. Hey, we have bad people in our religion too and extremism in our religion also and then it was kind of like the aha moment for my aunt and then I was explaining to her you know I said with me for me personally I'm not interested in the whitewashing of Christianity I said for me all I want to know is the truth Aunt I was explaining to her like I'm not into the you have to go to a organized church to have church and I was explaining to her. I said right in the Bible it says the definition of church is what me and my aunt were doing right there at her kitchen table. Just the two of us. We were having church right there having this discussion. The definition of church is a group of two or more people coming together for religion. That is the definition of church so I was just explaining to my aunt over the years there have been certain churches. Dad were more concerned with preaching to me and telling me how I should live rather than telling me the truth and at the end of the day that's all I wanted to know. I want to know the truth and then I was also conversating with my aunt and I sis you know in 2024 I said why don't we have The top scholars of Christianity from the Muslim community get together and find the truth and the reason I say this is because I'm going back to the conversations I was having with my Muslim brother. I said what I found was that him and I had more things in common then what I had been led to believe that divided us. I said at the end of the day we believe in the higher power we believe in God but it's just different characters, different stories written by different people and at the end of the day it was all written by man and translated by man. I said so I was explaining to my aunt. I said I would be willing to bet that between Christians and Muslims we have more in common than what has been propagandized to divide us. And then I start watching this episode of deshawn Ryan show when I see your comment. So I just had to share this story. Most of this comment I did voice text so I apologize for any misspelling or any words or sentences that don't look correct .😅 . And I apologize for the short novel I just gave you in this comment section😅 . #UnitedWeStandDividedWeFall 🙏🦅🇺🇸

I turned to him and said as much, which must have shocked him since I had never said anything like that before. About 10 seconds later, his cell phone rang (I didn't have one back then, couldn't afford it). It was my mom. She said my brother was having a crisis; he was hallucinating and thought people were chasing him. It was the first time something like this had ever happened to him, and she was panicking. Super grateful for this kickass interview! For once, it was such a relief to hear someone else say that they are excited about psychic research! I've felt this way for 44 yrs, and I was always told that anything related to psychic abilities, mysticism, remote viewing, astral projection, etc... was "the work of the devil" and I always felt ashamed. But I couldnt help but feel so drawn to the subject. After watching this episode, I finally feel a sense of validation and acceptance. It truly means a lot to me. He’s wrong about consciousness dying when the brain dies. Consciousness isn’t in the brain, the brain is in consciousness. Consciousness is all that exists, and when people remote view, they are tapping into the same consciousness field. We are all part on the same consciousness, the source (God). We are God.

He is a rationalist. Nothing wrong with that. Had he experienced something unique, spiritual, he'd be singing a different song. But as to his field and body of work, he is the true skeptic. Which is valuable in the woo. Skeptical, yet participates for 50 years. If everyone had a NDE, we all be homogenous. Maybe. Now, the idea that the path to Pre-cognition is natures simple way, path of least resistance verses telepathy, I find conflicting. The whole "if I blow out my brains, you'll never get confirmation" is irrelevant. One might say if you did that, that is my answer. You fear that someone can reach into your thoughts. And that for him is unacceptable. Because he believes perhaps, there is no connection to anything bigger, like unity of consciousness. You are you, when you die, all is lost. A "Gritologist ", if you will. 50 years as anything doesn't make you wise to anything. Not saying he isn't. But I would take his advice. You cant make an actionable decision based on one perspective or source. Unless that source is everything. Have a nice day.

Remote viewing is absolutely a real, repeatable phenomenon. I first experimented with remote viewing during my freshman year of college, using no particular methodology, though I studied a form of TRV and CRV. Perhaps the most interesting thing I remote viewed was "the image in the top - left corner of a Google image search for the first random word I find in the dictionary" I cleared my mind and simply thought about my target and immediately """saw""" a flash of a couple hexagons and some lines. Opened the dictionary and chose the word "myelin". The image in the top left corner of the search was a molecular representation of the myelin glycoprotein, which consists of hexagons and lines, basically

Shawn Ryan team, Thank you for this. There are more than a few things that I disagree with as told by Edwin May, however, I did learn things too, and at least once and a while I thought for a moment. I agree with many things, because I have experienced them, and can decipher what he is saying. I don't have time to document why I disagree with many things, however I could. Edwin's general message is important. Remote Viewing is real, everyone can do it. I know that because I do it, learned it, and then started teaching people it in 2012. It takes at least 16 hours, in my opinion to clearly establish that each and every person can do it. That for me, translates to 8 Outbounder Experiments. Do them properly, and you have demonstrated your own ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) ability. Babies are not born with perfect visual sight. Besides the active disinformation campaign against authentic Remote Viewing, most people do not try and learn it properly. Most do not even have that opportunity. Remote Viewing is teamwork, another problem in our times. Many people do not even know how to form a team. Many people have the McDonald's hamburger philosophy, if they can't see proof in 15 minutes, they discard it. Babies are not born with perfect visual sight. Here is how to learn Remote Viewing, and I don't get a penny out of these recommendations, this is what I know works best, the quickest: HOW TO LEARN REMOTE VIEWING www.kiauhmitl.com/tlaziuke/learncrv Personally, the most important thing I disagree with Edwin is that Remote Viewing can be learned. The SRI (Stanford Research Institute), Dr Hal Puthoff, the same team Edwin belonged to, prepared this study: RV RELIABILITY, ENHANCEMENT, AND EVALUATION (U) drive.google.com/file/d/10s3O2HzjQ5bstAlJN3VPwnudWlrZtWlu/view?usp=sharing Feel free to communicate me via email at: atve.org@gmail.com

There is definitely something to life after death. I experienced visits from dead relatives and once I was not alone. My daughter and I heard my sister who had passed tell us as clear as could be, Jimmy, I'm here. I responded, where? She said frantically, you can hear me? I said yes. Then as quickly as it happened it was over. But my other daughter and I saw her walking around around her house. When she was dying I was able to reach out to my father who had died years before as I was crying driving home. I said, dad I know you can hear me. Go to Jen, she needs you now. You always told me, family first. Well she needs you now more than ever. I heard a faint inaudible whisper and then nothing. Later that evening I visited her and my aunt was there at her bed side. She said, she stopped speaking today. She is too weak. But the last thing I heard and saw was her perk up and said your dad was here and she was speaking to him as if he was in the room with her. I walked past her and felt a cold area and smelled my dads old hair tonic. I pointed to the spot and she confirmed that was where she was looking . I asked my sister if my dad told her that I tried to reach out to him and she blinked a bunch of times as if confirming. She died the next day. I watched and heard her take her last breath. It was the saddest day of my life. So yes there is something. I am not crazy.

With respect, Ed believes in, knows that remote viewing works. He was kind enough to share his software with the Applied Precognition Project where I was able to meet him and use his software. He doesn't think what he is studying is impossible. On the contrary he believes Joe McMoneagle, Angela Ford and others are able to do remote viewing, which current physics has no explanation for, at present. He said a couple of times that 1% of the population can do this, they have a natural gift. It is true that he does not have spiritual faith and remains a materialist, but he is proud of his research into this phenomenon which he holds is indeed real.

My hippie aunt told me about remote viewing when I was just a kid. I’ve been hoping for something like this ever since! Hearing an intimate one-on-one account vs a cgi riddled documentary just hits different. Thank you! P.S. Everyone go sign that petition from the previous video!!

22:51 fun fact! The image in the aptitude test is of the city of Nazareth. The pyramid that Shawn mentions is the church of annunciation!

so cool, a lot of us listened to Art Bell 30 years ago hearing Joe and others on these subject matters, to hear and see them now, is the coolest thing ever, always intriguing subject

Much appreciated, Shawn, as always - but I had a hard time following Edwin's thought process, not sure if it's because he's elderly or he's just that rambling personality, but still enjoyed hearing some of the history here and what happened. Very complimentary w/ Joseph's pod w/ you.

13:48. I feel like this is a trick. If my phone gives me ads based on what I say around the device why wouldn't his computer. I'd been convinced if the photos had been printed before the session.

I would have felt more like the computer choose a random pic if he had not first inputed the "fuzzy logic" of Shawns drawing into the computer. Random pic, then tell the computer what Shawn drew, but he did it the other way around. I love remote viewing and think it's a useful tool, but the way he used the computer program, seems like it's matching up the pic to what was drawn.

Thank god someone else sees theough the bullshit i posted a comment ripping into this dude for being a peice of shit and conning shawn on the podcast and trying to make him look like an idiot with this there were only dependent variables not even a control or independent variable and dude was just clicking keywords he had laid out on a gui for a picture generator he likely created from the slim pool of things you could draw based on his stipulations of the "experiment" the whole con was embarassing to watch but fun to pick the dude apart for i just feel bad shawn fell for it and hope others dont have this taint there opinion of shawn his content is great and he invites some awesome people on this dude not one of them

it’s a random image generator. you can find plenty of examples of people doing remote viewing without a computer.

Wait I’m confused…so all he did was enter in what Shawn said and a picture popped up? How is that different from me entering google requests describing a picture and google pops up the picture I described? I’m confused.

He said that it's in the code amd that the programs are seperate, not speaking to one another.
