The H E A R T score could be 4 highly suspicious pain 3 risk factors with smoking a super risk . Moderate Risk . Also let us say he wants to go to a GYM to lose weight and also wants to stop smoking ? The one year risk in a smoker with a bout of chest pain and hypertension places him at a Ten Year risk 5-15 % .
