Damge control measures by Govt backed Media in print. When Telangana formed, Andhra people had concerns naturally and it had its affect initially. KCR and KTR have done brilliant job to restore their confidence. Here in this case Govt is acting against peoples confidence for inflating rates in the other areas and get them under control. For next 2 years it is very unlikely that RE in Hyderabad will improve unless there are investments and Job creation and Govt takes up proactive approach.
