Awe this made my heart hurt. These poor people who trusted their surgeons to do right by them and end up deformed! I'm so so happy with these two surgeons for giving them their lives and confidence back! They really had to dig deep to come up with a plan and it paid off! I'm so so happy for these people!

A lot of these reveals are 6 weeks or so post-op. As we see in some of the stories where they had prior work done, the shapes of the noses often change months after. So I wonder how well these Dr. Nassir opertions held up over time.....

Yeah idk why he felt so emotional about finding out that he now didn’t have something to put the blame on such as the IUD but really it was a birth defect that came naturally.. he should’ve been glad that his mum doesn’t have to feel guilt about that!

Yeah, I didn't really understand why he seemed heartbroken to find out it was just something he was born with and not the fault of an IUD. The IUD story sounded unrealistic to begin with. But either way, his nose didn't develop correctly. He already knew that. His reaction was more like someone finding out the nose issue was the least of his problems because it is actually a symptom of some awful disease that has gone undiagnosed. Maybe he always considered it to be the equivalent of being punched in the nose: Someone did it to him, though it was an accident. Or maybe it was a matter of pride for him, and he considered it like a scar that reminded him that he survived when he shouldn't have. He thought he had an interesting story behind his nose when, no, that's just how it was formed. I don't know.

And like- an IUD (even if it was somehow able to get up super high) wouldn’t be able to directly touch the baby throughout the pregnancy. There’d at least be an amniotic sac in between there at the very least

The show pays for the surgeries and they couldn't give a standard figure since surgery fees are very much based on the surgeons expertise and how much they would like to charge. The price varies considerably depending on the surgeon.

@@Sarappreciates I just had revision rhinoplasty in May 2023 and the doctor only took 2 hours to complete and the revision required more work than the first surgery. he had to add cartilage from ear and mtf allografts, spreader grafts, derotate my tip...and other things that take skill. My first rhinoplasty, the surgeon took more than 4 hours and did a terrible job....so i guess time depends on the surgeon. My revision surgeon said he only needs 2 hours to complete the surgery and that he doesn't like to keep people under anesthesia longer. Cost varies depending on surgeon and location. More expensive doesn't necessarily mean better surgeon. In turkey the cost of living is cheaper so surgical procedures are also cheaper than america. you can find good and bad surgeons in every country under every price range....this is what i've learned. So you must simply find a surgeon that is in your price range and has results you like and then pray that everything works out.

I think the exact price depends on what needs to be done. But I read one comment from someone that got helped by Dr. Nassif and it cost 35K (and that Dr. Peng charges about half)

I got pregnant after a morning after pill and don't regret it at all. I also got pregnant on IUD but unfortunately, the baby didn't make it. I always wonder if that baby would be anything like his/hers sister 🤔
