How many times has he got away with criminal activity? Has he even got a record as he seems to get away with everything he's done. None of this is hardly believable or realistic either. It has got to the stage where he has become bigger than Eastenders, or even bigger than the BBC, and so they don't have the cojones to do it. Consequently Phil's become a bit of a parody ( with Steve McFadden becoming typecast ) and Eastenders has lost a lot of credibility as a result. Deservedly so.
